A novel seamless optical & holographic films for gravure printing(roller to roller) industries to eliminate the gaps between the patterns in the embossing process have been successfully developed.
Seamless optical transferring films have been categoried as two types, holographic type and silvering type(NEW). The silvering transferring film fabricated is the new type of optical material which has the fatures of kinetic effect and no rainbow effect as holographic films.
With the cutting edge technologies, SVG has established mass production capability to manufacture the seamless optical films and papers from the customied designs togeneral patterns for the Gravure Printing. The seamless optical transferring films are suitable for Gravure printing to realize the on-line conversion and printing, which will greatly reduce the cost of printing for the brand-name product packaging and security applications.
The seamless holographic and silvering transferring papers has been applied in Brand-name products: Hongtashan, Longfengchengxiang and Jiaozi in mass-production. This kind of films have satisfied the national environment protection standard of VOC.
